What payments methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards including VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX , DISCOVER & eChecks via PayPal and Google Checkout only. If you send eChecks through PayPal please allow 5 business days for your eChecks to clear. Due to fraud we no longer accept personal checks, business checks or money orders. Sorry no CODs
What is your return policy?
All items have MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY unless stated in the item's description, if your item have manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer for any problems regarding your merchandise. We will gladly exchange any items that have arrived not working, but you must contact us within 3 days after receiving your item.
In fairness to us, we don't refund S&H and Insurance. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. These fees cover our original listing fee, depreciation of the item and the time to process the return. Buyer is responsible for all postage and shipping charges back to us.
Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped from PC Deals. All accessories, cables, manual and packaging must be included inside the package as were originally received by the buyer. Return merchandise should be well packed. Items with missing parts or any kind of damage will not be accepted. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of PC Deals.
What is your Warranty?
All items are guaranteed not to be "DOA" Dead on Arrival. Otherwise, all items are sold with factory warranty unless specifically stated in the ad. PC Deals will do the best to accurately describe the items being sold. We sell a mix of new, factory refurbished and previously owned or "used" items. All items are new or refurbished unless otherwise stated in the description. Please buy with confidence. We will carefully package your items to insure safe shipping. The buyer is responsible for insurance. If you wish to insure your items please contact us first before placing an order so we can give you an accurate insurance quote. Items lost or damaged in shipment are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless you purchase insurance. We are NOT responsible for any shipping carrier mistakes. We will provide tracking numbers when your item is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, not only we ship to USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico but we also ship to Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canadian orders are subject to an extra shipping fee. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canadian orders ARE NOT SHIPPING FREE and before you place an order send your shipping information in order to get a shipping quote.
